A three-story red-brick building with a green metal roof, arched ground-floor windows and a central clock tower stands behind a street intersection under a blue sky; 'Cumming City Hall' lettering is above the entrance, two trees frame the tower, pickup trucks and cars are parked in front, and a traffic signal with a 'Main St' street sign hangs at right.
